Refund & Returns Policy
At Curveshoes, we want customers to shop with confidence. Because many of our products are made to order or customized, this policy explains clearly when returns, replacements, or refunds may be accepted.
1. Return Eligibility
We may accept return or refund requests in the following situations:
- The item received is defective or damaged upon delivery
- The wrong item, wrong size, or wrong design was sent due to our error
- The product has a clear quality issue confirmed after review
2. Custom and Personalized Items
As many of our sneakers are custom-made, pattern-based, or prepared specifically for customer selection, custom or personalized items are generally not eligible for return or refund for change-of-mind reasons.
This includes, but is not limited to, cases where the customer no longer wants the item, ordered the wrong size by mistake, changed personal preference, or no longer wishes to keep a made-to-order design.
3. Reporting a Problem
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@curveshoes.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and the problem
We review each case individually and will respond as quickly as possible.
4. Approved Solutions
If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following remedies depending on the situation:
- Replacement of the affected item
- Partial refund
- Full refund
- Store credit, where appropriate
5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to our error, confirmed product defect, or damage in transit, we will provide instructions for the next step. If a return is accepted for other approved reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

7. Non-Returnable Situations
We may not accept returns or refunds in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Customer-selected sizing issues when the correct item was sent
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Requests made outside the stated reporting period
- Items returned without prior authorization
